This is my other discovery my dear fellows followers!
PROPER OLD is in fact a lovely, little stall in Chatsworth Road who sells unique decorative items sourced for your home!! They also have a website, http://www.properold.com, which is full of an eclectic mix of pieces from the 18th Century to the 20th Century.
I LOVE their Victorian small metal trunk, which i’m afraid, it’s been already sold!!! LOVE the set of leather suitcases and the gorgeous green Sam Herman large studio vase.
Sam J Herman is one of the most important and influential studio glass artists working today.
He’s an inventive and inspired glass worker who expresses the intrinsic qualities of the glass medium.
He said that it’s literally a dance between the material and the artist. It’s a dance of instantaneous decisions.

I’ve just spent the most amazing week end packed with love and discovery!
On Saturday night i went East to have dinner at my always dear friend Elanie! It was few of us which includes a sweet little girl called Asia. We had a great evening washed down with wine, laughter and of course a lot of Snoooooowwwwwww!!I slept over and on Sunday we were ready to challenge the weather and so we headed east. Hackney was calling and precisely it was a friend of us working in Chatsworth Road.
He manages an amazing charity shop called WAYSIDE COMMUNITY CENTRE. You have to check it out because is filled with wonderful stuff. And also if you go on their website and want to get involved in helping they are always looking for volunteers!!
It was for me a great discovery and i loved the vibe in this utterly lively neighbourhood.
And now i’m ready to show you all my beautiful finds

Siete al caldo e felici?? Ho appena trascorso un fantastico week-end pieno d’amore e scoperte!!! Sabato sera sono stata nell’est a cena della mia sempre cara Elanie! Eravamo un po’ di gente, tra cui una dolcissima bimba di nome Asia. Abbiamo trascorso un serata fantastica accompagnata da un’ottimo vino, risate e ovviamente tanta neve!! Ho dormito li’ e la Domenica ci siamo preparati e partiti verso Hackney dove un nostro amico lavora in un charity shop locato a Chatsworth Road. Il nome e’ WAYSIDE COMMUNITY CENTRE. Se siete da quelle parti andate a visitarlo perche’ e’ colmo di cose meravigliose. E se andate sul loro website e volete offrire il vostro aiuto, loro sono sempre in cerca di volontari!!
E’ stata una grande scoperta e mi sono innamorata dell’atmosfera in questo alquanto vivace vicinato.
E adesso sono pronta per condividere con voi le mie bellissime trovate!!

RIGHT!! Sitting on my sofa, drinking a glass of red wine (i only do red!!) and suddenly my mind goes to my little, lovely and incredibly adorable Simo, my cutie nephew!!
I was on holiday with him last summer and he loved taking some very artistic pics!! He’s only 6yrs old but his way of looking at things is so amazing he literally blows me away!!! And i felt like sharing some of his visions with u!!

OK!! Seduta sul mio sofa, bevo un bicchiere di vino rosso ( bevo solo rosso!!) ed improvvisamente la mia mente va al mio piccolo, dolcissimo e incredibilmente adorabile Simo, il mio nipotino!!
Eravamo insieme in vacanza l’estate scorsa e lui amava scattare delle foto davvero artistiche!! ha solo 6 anni, ma il suo modo di guardare alle cose e’ cosi’ stupefacente da non crederci!!! quasi disarmante!!!
Ed ho voluto condividere alcune delle sue visioni con voi!!

So i’ve decided to do some serious tidy up when i got stuck staring at this beautiful hat my super cool friend Miss Rock made some time back!
I love hats! i do collect them and i do believe a hat is like a piece of your very own soul!! it gives you that very special vibe, it makes you feel unique and yes it gives you confidence!!!
I gathered the gorgeous hat together with some objects and a marvellous Fashion book i picked up at some stalls at South Bank last Tuesday and took some pics!!
Et voila`!!! ENJOY AND DON’T FORGET A B C!!!

Sono stata a casa tutto il giorno oggi! Fa freddissimo la’ fuori gente!!
Cosi’ ho deciso di mettere un po’ in ordine quando mi son ritrovata a fissare questo bellissimo cappello la mia fantastica amica Miss Rock ha fatto qualche tempo fa’!
Amo i cappelli! gli colleziono e credo che un cappello e’ come un pezzo della tua anima!! ti da’ quella sensazione davvero speciale, ti fa sentire unica e Si!, ti da confidenza!!!
Ho messo il cappello insieme ad alcuni oggetti e a questo magnifico libro di Fashion preso da una bancarella a South Bank l’altro Martedi’ed ho scattato delle foto!!
